If you run and wear glasses
What do you wear? Do you have special glasses for running? Do you have both regular glasses and sunglasses? I have some dreamless glades which are great because they are lightweight and stay on my face. my sunglasses are plastic and heavy and a slide down. I was thinking about getting some oakleys which would be more light weight and stay on. does anyone use transition lenses so you can run it day n night in the same pair?

Re: If you run and wear glasses
If I run in the dark I don't wear anything. I know! Safe right??

omg, I am blind as a bat. Actually a bat could see better in the dark than me. I couldn't go three blocks without glasses.
Running on the Rhode
I hate you very much
DH has a pair of these. Admittedly, he wears them more for biking and kayaking (and takes the spare lenses with him in a case) b/c he hates running but he has taken them out on runs before.

me too. I sometimes put in contacts for longer runs but I soooo rarely wear contacts anyway that it's kind of traumatizing.
I am a runner, knitter, scientist, DE-IVF veteran, and stage III colon cancer survivor.
I just wore my regular glasses - although when it rained it was a huge pain b/c the rain, and then the humidity fogging them up! This was one of the reasons I bit the bullet and got LASIK two months ago!
I never ran with my sunglasses, but only b/c they were a little looser and I was afraid that would annoy me where my glasses were really no big deal (most of the time!)
