Has anyone ever done a bike adventure tour? I've been researching different options a little since I think mh would really love to do one of these. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with a particular company that they could recommend.

Two of my friends have taken several trips with Western Spirit and have enjoyed them.
I want to do this one:

DH and I did a Tour de France bike tour back in 2004 through Great Explorations in Canada. I think ours ended up being a 10 day trip or so, and since we were going to ride AND to spectate, this company did a good job getting us to do both. Our guides were awesome and they did the best they could in terms of accommodations and places to eat (since it was an exceptionally popular Tour, usually limited resources were especially stretched to the max). This company gave us the option of renting a bike from them, or accommodating ours--I brought mine, DH rented one of theirs.
We would definitely use them again, and would be eager to see what they could do for a "normal" bike vacation. Let me know if you have any other questions.

My friend works for them in Europe and another friend did a tour through Tuscany with them, but they have U.S. tours as well. I think they are probably really good.
I had a fancy riding around the villages surrounding Hoi An on an old Russian Minsk semi auto motorbike. Its really a great time, easy to learn and ride bike and the way you go to areas where we did not see an other tourists and the local people were all super friendly.
