Planned eating & exercise for today
I never see these posts on the weekend, but need the most help staying on track when I'm not at work. :-)
B - coffee w/milk, oatmeal with sliced fruit + peanut butter & chia seeds
L - chicken with pasta dish, veggies with yogurt dip
E - long run (aiming for 10 miles. the weather is supposed to suck)
S - trail mix or a protein smoothie
D - TBD. We may make steak with mushrooms + a salad or something. ETA - I forgot the wine. There will definitely be wine involved. :-)

E: 60 minutes step aerobics video
B: Kashi heart to heart w/ 1% milk; coffee w/ milk and sugar
E: Debating whether to go to yoga class or do a podcast at home. I think the podcast is going to win today, I have a ton of errands to run.
L: Black bean lentil soup; half a turkey and cheese on 7 grain; maybe baby carrots and hummus
S: We're going to an engagement party from 4-7 (such a weird time for a Saturday, right?) and I'm assuming there will be munchies there; probably a cocktail or beer

B - coffee w/natural creamer, whole wheat waffle with 1tbsp chunky PB and 1tsp orange blossom honey
L - not sure yet, possibly leftover indian food I made
S - trail mix or a mixed fruit smoothie
D - TBD, I have errands to run this afternoon, so we'll see.
E - Gym rat day: 45mins of HIIT on stairclimber, might hop on the treadmill for a bit so I don't lose my running endurance, and about 30mins weight training.

I'm taking a rest day, but since it is just me, a 5year old, a 3 year old, and a newborn, no resting is involved
B: banana w/ peanut butter, carrot quinoa muffin
L: minestrone soup, crackers and pepper jack cheese
Snacks: I've been so hungry the last few days, and today is no exception. I've already had a pear, a kind bar, popcorn, and a couple girl scout cookies. I'll count it as fuel for tomorrows long run

Today is bad. I had a special event (that I'll post more on later), and we were on the go all ady:
B: Mcdonalds Bagel w/egg and cheese, McD's Oatmeal, small OJ
S1: vanilla yogurt, 100 calorie Clif Bar
L: Munching on a bit of everything: cheese sandwich on deli wheat bread w/mustard, 2 kinds of potato chips (only 3-5 each), homemade pasta salad w/veggies, 1 chocolate chip cookie, small chocolate chip cookie bar, and a small brownie w/chocolate chips, several Diet Cokes
S2: the last Valentine's caramel
E: horse competition; lots of barn work

My Nest Bio and Cycling Advice
So here's how today actually went/is going.
Question for you - do you get hungry after your long runs? I did 10 miles today as well, & wasn't very hungry after. I ate a normal dinner (finished my run around 1:30), but didn't have either snacks I planned, etc. Now, tomorrow, I know I'll be ravenous. Like, crazy hungry.
