Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I did my first double digit run since Jan. today. I'm exceptionally proud of it because I did at 5:30am on the day after DST, when I have my period, in a thunderstorm, and I'm still slightly stuffed up from a cold/allergies that's been bothering me all week.
I had every excuse in the book today and I didn't let any of them stop me from getting in my long run. That's rare for me, so I wanted to share. :-)
