In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone in Japan?
I am considering a temporary (~6 month) assignment in Japan and am curious to hear any advice people have. In particular, I'm curious about cultural difference vs. the US (have read a lot about hierarchy, saving face and lack of confrontation) as well as cost of living. I think my company would pay housing expenses directly but I would cover everything else and I want to make sure I structure my contract appropriately. Really any thoughts are welcome.
