Lunch help please

I started my new postion at my job this week (yeah), but now I don't have time to eat lunch (boo). I would bring my lunch and eat with friend and not have to worry about going out to eat. Now, I am on the road. I wanted to know if you could give me some ideas about lunch items that really doesn't need refrigeration. I could bring snacks and take with me while I am on the road, but I am afraid that I wouldn't get full and just end up eating a bunch of snacks.

TIA

Re: Lunch help please

  • Get yourself a cooler and some icepacks.  This will vastly improve your options for what you can bring.  Also, find out if there are any convenience type stores that have microwaves available for you to use.  I would imagine you have SOME time to stop, even if it is 15-20 minutes, to eat!
  • If yo do get stuck at fast food, Tim Horton's will make a wrap instead of a sandwich upon request.
