My sister in law might be sending us a copy because she's been able to find them used/cheap where she lives and I'm really excited about trying it. Has anyone done it? What kind of results did you have? Did you do the eating plan as well?
TIA
Re: Have you done Insanity?
I did the first 30 days and then fell and had a concussion (not Insanity related) and had to take 6 weeks off of exercise, so I lost my momentum. I love it. I saw huge improvements in performance on the DVDs, I increased my running speed and I toned up quite a bit. I did not do the eating plan.
I plan to incorporate a couple of days of Insanity a week with my weight training after I'm cleared to exercise in a few weeks.
I did the first 30 days and then my work schedule changed so I didn't continue it. But I hope to start doing it again soon. I noticed a huge difference with my energy level when I was doing it. I never measured myself but I could tell I was loosing inches!
I never did the meal portion of it, but I eat pretty healthy!
I did the first 30 days and I liked it, but I liked P90X better. Insanity really improved my cardio fitness (which I needed), but I felt that I lost much of the strength I gained from P90X.
If you get it for free, definitely try it. It's nice because you don't need any equipment and very little space. Plus Shaun T is nice to look at.
