Is there a custard recipe using just egg whites?
I must have accumulated about 7 or so egg whites in the freezer from earlier recipes like the pots-de-creme I made on Friday. I'd like to use them up. Is there any recipe that I can make (preferably dessert) to use up all these whites? I'd rather not make a pavlova or meringue cookies right now.
Perhaps creme brulee or custard or what?
Nutmeg, cilantro, sage, mint, thyme... these are a few of my favorite things!

We have four children; one left us too soon.
Re: Is there a custard recipe using just egg whites?
Well, creme brulee is cream and egg yolks, so that won't work...
If you google "egg white custard", recipes come up, but I can't attest to how good any of them are.
I used 12 egg yolks in a double batch of tiramisu on Friday, so I'm just going to make angel food cake today.

Not necessarily... just my first choice.
Custard is, by definition, a cooked mixture of milk and egg yolks.
How about meringue cookies?
