Annabelle might have herpes AND she wants a baby
Ok, let's address the herp first. She's got this gross sore on her neck, and all of the fur around it has fallen off. It's probably just from compulsive overgrooming, but I prefer to think it might be herpes or even the mange.
And she definitely wants a baby. I was watching Animal Planet this weekend (shut up, I know!), and there was this show about kittens. They were meowing and carrying on in that adorable kitten way. Annabelle BOLTS into the living room, runs up to the teevee and starts touching it and purring. She was so sad she couldn't get to the kittens. She even jumped up behind the teevee to try to find them.
Look at my poor, confused baby.
Don't, however, look at the throw pillow on the floor, or the fact that I need to hang that picture on the left.

Though I think I watched the same kitten show. I had a really riveting Saturday night.
It's definitely not ringworm. She literally rips out clumps of fur while grooming. She's an aggressive groomer. But she's puffy, so it's hard to see. You've got to be at the exact right angle to see the quarter-sized hole in her chest-pelt.
And yes, my Saturday night involved watching APL's "Too Cute." I should be someone's grandmother.
