I'm still trying to kick this stomach virus. Going on a full week. AND, I have my period. UGH.
I don't understand how someone can be in a job for more than a year and still have no idea what they're doing. Even more, I don't understand how there are no consequences for it.
Re: B&M Monday
We have that issue at my job. The people that don't know what they are doing just don't get more work and the people that do know what they are doing get loaded with work. I HATE it!
I am so angry with my insurance agent. So much so that I am switching companies and I don't care if it is going to be more expensive. We have 7 policies between our personal policies and all of the business stuff it and gets confusing and I get that, but how can you keep screwing up the same issue (going on 3 months now)? Our income is 2/3rds less that what it was last year and we can't afford to keep paying more when we don't owe it.
I took my car in for an oil change this morning. The place called me and I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I don't trust them at all and now I'm all worried about my car. I just want a stupid oil change and that's it. Don't play games with me.
M also just sent me a message that he's not having a good day either. So now I'm also worried about him.
I went out to lunch with my coworkers today and they talked about basketball the. entire. time.
The time change threw off my sleep schedule so I'm tired even after 4 days off.
3 hours of sleep, enough said.
S left Saturday, is him this Saturday and Sunday, and then gone again from Monday-Thursday late night-all of which was planned, but now he may also be gone the next Monday-friday. Ahhhh!
I broke a toe yesterday-wtf.
I'm a little freaked to move in 5 weeks. Holy crap.
I spent all day friday, Saturday, and Sunday working on projects for class and studying for my midterm in my child development class. I am worn out but I still have more to do and no breaks in sight.
Finn has decided to find random pieces of paper around the house and shred them while Steve and I are gone during the day. For the past week the first thing I get to do when I have gotten home has been cleaning up the resulting "confetti".
I really wish I had more time to catch up with my nestie besties.

Time change + start of third tri + professional day at school (which had us on the go all day) = one exhausted pregnant chick. UGH..Is it the weekend yet?!?!
House hunting is getting frustrating. Everything we like goes contingent before we can get out there to check it out.
I hate the property manager for this house. She's nosy and annoying. She called Saturday while I was out with Laura to bug Tony about what our "plan" is. Um, our lease goes through the end of November, why is she asking now how long we plan to stay? Plus she knows T's job and knows that if we were to go anywhere it would be military orders, and since we just got those we shouldn't be getting any new ones this year. Also, she's insistent that we pay someone to mulch the yard if we don't plan to do it because the owners put a lot into the landscaping.I'm sorry, but as a landlord myself, I never bugged my tenants with things like this. If it was something so important to me, I hired someone and payed for it, not made it my tenants' responsibility to maintain my investment.
I'm just so over this nosy, pushy woman. I mean seriously, the only thing she should care about is that we are paying the rent on time, taking care of the house and not destroying it, and such. That's all we care about with our tenants. But I mean come on, if you are going to be super anal about how things are done on your property, you probably shouldn't rent it out, because no one is going to take care of it exactly as you would. Just a little tidbit from a renter who is also a landlord for multiple properties.
It's been a year since Katie was born and I still don't fit into a lot of my old clothes. I need to get off my lazy butt and work out. I'm tired of complaining but not doing anything about it.
The time change has made me exhausted! I could barely keep my eyes open today.
I was asked to put in overtime this week, which I don't really mind doing because it means more money. But since it takes me so long to bus home and I like my sleep, I refuse to go in earlier, and can't stay too late.
My company STILL hasn't given out raises; it's WAY past February! And I guessing it's only going to be a %2 raise or something instead of a nice raise like my boss was going to get me until he got fired.
