I'm still not feeling all that great. Granted I don't feel like I am going to die, but I'm constantly tired. I am still a mucus factory and am still coughing. At least I'm feeling well enough to be back on the bike.
I had a follow up with the ENT today. He did a CT scan of my head. The good news is that my sinuses are pretty normal. My septum is a little deviated to the right, but he said that no one is symmetrical. The bad news is that I am still battling a raging sinus infection. He went through the CT scan with me and showed me all of the crap (TMI: pus and mucus) that is still in there. Several structures within the sinuses were very swollen, which is one reason I'm still a bit stuffy. Anyway....
He put me on a more powerful antibiotic and changed up 2 of the other meds. I go back to see him in a few days or a week or so. Thankfully, there are no restrictions on exercise.
Has anyone ever seen a chiropractor for sinus problems? I'm trying to think outside the box.
Re: Update: Sinus Infection
Yep....3 weeks worth. He has me taking a break from it for a few days before starting back.

I haven't ever seen a chiropractor for sinus problems, but someone I work with is a chiropractor (not practicing) and when I had really bad knots in my upper back and neck he stretched my neck for me. I also at the time was very congested and my ears felt "plugged up". When he was done (like 5 minutes of stretching) I could actually breathe through my nose for the first time in forever. It also felt like things started draining from my ears. Granted the immediate effect wore off pretty quickly, but I do think it help open things up and allow for fluid to get out.
I wouldn't rule it out.
