Travel Insurance when pregnant

We are leaving for a vacation this weekend, going to the caribbean. We will be 25 weeks pregnant and my doctor has given me the "all-clear" to enjoy myself. Although I have excellent insurance here in the states (BCBS), I'm considering purchasing additional travel insurance should I need to visit the hospital/doctor while on the island. (Crossing fingers and toes it won't be necessary.) Can anyone recommend a carrier or website that will help me decide?

This. I think after a certain point in pregnancy most travel insurance companies won't cover you.
