I agree, I wish Geoff would have won. I knew she was going to pick Sera though.
Jamie seems like such a great guy but that song did not fit his voice.
I actually thought all of the battle rounds were extremely predictable tonight. Most of them you could tell just by the song they picked who the winner would be. I was not a fan of most of the songs tonight either. Last week was so much better.
Looks like Pip is up next week, I freaking loved him!

I was thinking that too. I don't like that screamy scramer girl and the other girl was just lovely.
Also thought Blake made the wrong choice keeping that annoying girl over Lex. Lex had a breathy but very interesting voice that I would have liked to see further.
I think Lex and Jamie had the same issue - lack of confidence. I did think Lex did well, but, she went into it assuming she was going to lose and was all Eeyore about it. I think that hurt her performance and made Chelsea seem the more dynamic performer.
Jesse has this won for sure.
I was not impressed with last night's show. I didn't like anybody except Kim, and I would've picked several of the ones who were let go. It definitely wasn't like "If I Ain't Got You," which I listened to about 20 times.
The "alternative" girls bug me. None of them have a shot at a big career in my opinion. I read that Charlotte Sometimes had that one song on vh1. (That's one of the cases where I think they were attracted by her name than anything, kinda like the NASCAR people get off on saying Kasey Kahne.)
Ditto. And what hole has Blake Sheldon been living in that he didn't know the Nirvana song?!?!
I think he was for sure. I actually think they all kind of did. That's what I meant when I said you could tell who would win most of the battles. It seemed like they all picked songs that the singer they wanted to keep would do well on. And none of the battles were very evenly matched. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, obviously the point of the battle rounds is to get rid of people, but its a bit too obvious.
That cracked me up. And I loved them all giving him a hard time about it.
