My neighbor is doing a clense
She is going to drink lemonade with cayenne pepper and honey (or some crap) in it for 10 days. But it isn't a diet she says. She thinks it's healthy. I don't understand why she wants her intestines to be spotless. I think it's really, really stupid. But I'm not the lecturing type and she doesn't care what I think anyway.

I actually encourage people to do this diet. But I tell them, if they really really want a clean colon, that they either need to up the cayenne quantity (to compensate for loss due to air exposure) or do it as nature intended, by blending a whole habanero into it.
