AW: Longest run in a LONG time!
Hi H&F! Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying beautiful, unseasonably warm weather like we are in DC! I've been super busy with work, my graduate program, and other life distractions so I haven't been on TN much but wanted to say hello and share an AW. 
Today I ran my longest, post surgery run! I am still *much* slower than my usual pace, but I am just happy I could lace up my running shoes and hit the pavement for a solid 3 mile run without any pain.. and better yet, I ran in shorts and a tank top!! Yay warm weather!
