Need Help- What to eat at Bravo restaurant that is "healthy"?

We are going out to Bravo's for lunch today to celebrate a CW's birthday.

They are one of the few chain restaurants that do not have a "healthier" eating menu.

Can you recommend some healthier lunch options (preferably lower in carbs since I'm borderline diabetic).

  • I would do a salad with grilled chicken or salmon. Maybe a soup too? I'm not a huge fan of pasta at lunch, unless it's a small serving of leftovers.

I agree with this, but a lot of their salads have some pretty high calorie stuff on them--bacon, cheese, "crispy pasta," etc.  I'd get the dressing on the side and have them hold the not-so-healthy toppings.
