Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Yes, I AM training pretty hard.
I have a half Ironman coming up April 1st, the BF and I did a 59 mile bike ride on Sunday and I took off almost an hour from the last time I did the Ironman (56 mile bike ride) last year when I did the race.
I am doing a couple of other Olympic distance tris beforehand, too.
My goal is to ROCK this race.
My real challenge is finding a hotel fairly close to Grey's Lake so I don't have to travel far the morning of the race, but other than that, I am getting faster, stronger and more excited.
