I got the results of my Academic Appeal
It was approved. I can stay in school but on probation until the end of the Spring term. I have to keep a 2.0 or higher and if not then I will be dismissed again. It shouldn't be a problem and I've been working my butt off on these two projects for this session so I can raise my gpa.
I also heard from my realtor and the seller's agent said it could be another 30 days before we find out when we close but I'm really hoping it's sooner than that. I've waited this long and the house is perfect so I'll continue waiting.

In re: the house. My fingers are crossed that things move along quickly - if for no other reason than to get you away from all of those creepie crawlies.
