Bacon wrapped chicken. I'm intimidated.
I'm making bacon wrapped chicken for a potluck tomorrow, how do I make sure the bacon doesn't burn, but the chicken is cooked? Low and long?
350 for 45min? I don't want the chicken to dry out.
Sorry, I just dont know who else to ask. I plan on coating it in brown sugar and chili pepper. Any other ideas?

I went on a hunt, but I'm using thighs they all call for breasts.
I will take a look at your blog, thank you! Pan fry, good idea. Just to seal it and move to oven?
Here's the recipe - no oven, just pan. Thighs will work fine. Just cut off the extra fat and pound in between 2 sheets of plastic wrap so they're thinner.
