Update on me...
Well I could use any extra T&P's you ladies have on hand, Monday I called into the doctor because I had some pretty extreme swelling in my feet and noticed my blood pressure was getting pretty high over the weekend so I went in just to be safe. In the office my blood pressure was HIGH...like 151/107 and they checked for protein in my urine and apparently it came back positive so they sent me to labor and delivery for observation.
Once in labor and delivery my blood pressure came back down, not great but under the 140/90 dangerous area, and at the hospital my urine came back negative for protein (not sure how that works....), all of the blood work came back normal, and baby looked great. So after a couple hours they sent me home and told me to watch for other signs of preeclampsia and I had to do a 24 hour urine catch so they can get a better idea of what is going on. Now I'm waiting for the results, I have a follow up apt. tomorrow and I am hoping that everything comes back good and that my blood pressure doesn't spike again. It is just so frustrating because everything was going so well, and I had a completely normal pregnancy until now....I just want to go back to my boring everything looks good appointments!
