T&P for my dad please updated below
So my dad was sent to the ER yesterday, and they ended up admitting him to the hospital. He went in because he had a really high fever, and was having pain in his chest. He has a mechanical heart valve, and is on blood thinners, so the conern is more with his valve than with a heart attack or anything. I guess they have his fever under control, and they think he has a bronchial infection, but they're keeping him in the hospital until Wednesday, just to make sure. They we really concerned that there could be an infection in his heart valve thing, so they will continue to test his blood to make sure there is not bacteria in his bloodstream.
Its just so scary, my dad is one of those guys where you *know* it had to be bad if he was willing to go to the doctor, much less the ER. 
Also, he found out about a week and a half/two weeks ago that the store he works at is closing, and right before that a tree fell on their house. It has been a crappy couple of weeks for sure!
Any thoughts and prayers that he gets better and it is not the worse case scenerio would be much appreciated

My dad was supposed to be released home today, but I guess he was doing so well they let him go last night. They ruled out any kind of infection with his heart, etc, and I guess decided it was bronchitis or a bronchial infection or something my mom wasn't sure. So he's home, and no more fever or anything like that. He sounded good on the phone when I talked to him, I hope he keeps taking it easy so that he fully recovers!
