  • There are a BUNCH of super slow motion videos on youtube of the games athletes diong them last year. They helped my husband get his for sure. From what I understand, the biggest things are 1) getting massive power out of your hips and fly them up high, like get your legs parrallel to the ground and then 2) that transition has to be super fast once you get up there and you need to fling your body super far forward.

     I won't be getting one. But I sure as *** am going to try.
