weed. i was arrested for conspiracy and possession. a friend was with me in my car, sold weed to someone, and we got bopped. it wasn't a fun evening. spent about 5 hours in a jail cell waiting to be bailed out. i was even handcuffed to a desk which they were doing my prints & mug shot.
it's embarrasing, since i have a background check done every year and i worked with children.
LOL. Bopped = busted/arrested/caught, etc
It is on my permanent record and will be there forever. It just sucks that I have something there and I have to make that known to any potential employer b/c it will only be shady and unprofessional on my part if I try to keep that a secret.
I don't have my mug shot, thank the Lord, b/c I was hysterically crying and it would not have been cute.
What is bullshiiit is that today, weed has been legally decriminalized, so if I were to have been in the same scenario, I would have gotten off with a $100 ticket, instead of an arrest, complete search and appearing in court. Sigh... Still my biggest regret ever.
