Anyone else with an Architecture degree....
Anyone else with an Architecture degree and not become an architect? I graduated with my Masters of Architecture but have found more interest in Branding and Exhibit design. I live in Michigan, so architect jobs are hard to come by anyway. I have had a few leads on some exhibit positions, but now I think I need to broaden my horizons.... Where have you found creative work other than architecture with an architecture background?

I have a masters in architecture and have mainly worked in the general field of architecture. But I know a few fellow graduates who went into other areas that were design related. One works at a graphic design place for mainly commercial and print design/advertising. And another works for Disney I think, designing on computers what you see in the movies. Another became a baker who designs architectural type cakes. So yes, you can venture into other creative fields with an architecture degree, you just have to be creative! Good luck with your job search!
