RnR USA runners, last check in :)
Everybody ready??? Looks like the weather may be a little warm (at least for my tastes) but it is what it is. Hopefully it will be a good race for everyone.
I'm getting ready to head down to the expo soon.

I'm ready. after a series of lack luster runs that had really shaken my confidence I finally had a good one last night. game on.
I'm anticipating a CF of epic proportions tomorrow. maybe not hot chocolate epic, but epic nonetheless. so, so thankful I'm able to walk to the Armory and hoping that they are planning on getting some more porta potties today. what I saw in the runners village at the expo last night was no where near sufficient. . . .
We got to DC last night and are headed over to the expo today.

We're about to get in the car to drive up to DC. I'm excited about being out of the lab for the weekend and enjoying St. Patty's day weekend.
I picked up my packet yesterday around 1 and i was in and out quickly which was great since I got lost on the way to the Armory and had to rush back to work. I expect it will be busier today.
I'm curious whether everyone gets a blue or white shirt. I got a size large and it was white, my friend got a small and it was blue. It looked like small was the only one that was blue. So what color is your shirt?
It is way warmer than I prefer, and I'm bummed because I was hoping for a big time PR.
Last question: is anyone running with a pace group? I want to run with the 2:15 group but forgot to sign up at the expo. I'm hoping I can still find the 2:15 pace group tomorrow.

I'm leaving work to pick up my packet as soon as I'm done with this conference call. I wish I could have picked it up yesterday, but it was my telework day.

I'm thinking a tank top and shorts and I'll bring a light sweater that I can leave at gear check.

I'm wearing a tank, shorts and a visor. I'll wear a light jacket there, but ditch it before the start.
I'm thinking either a green sleeveless or my parkway classic shirt from 2011 and compression shorts and hot chocolate jacket as a throwaway. however, I might opt for my nike pacer shorts at the last minute.
I just picked up my packet and I got a blue medium.

I still have to get my packet - I am pissed that I have had so many last minute meetings and won't be able to sneak away until almost 3.
I will not finish quickly, but I will finish.I too am expecting a CF tomorrow. I already told DH to just drop me off and come back at 10 if he wants to enjoy the post race activities.
