As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Follow-up to post below (conditions of other homes on street)
I looked it up online today and the owners RAISED the price! It used to be $384,900 and they just increased the price to $399,000! It's only been on the market since Monday but I'm guessing it's had a ton of showings and the owners think they can get more. How crazy.
