Race on Sunday
I unexpectedly got a free entry into the Shamrock Run 5k this weekend. Woot.
Question though. It's for my work's team and although some are walking and some are running the gal that offered it to me wants me to walk with her. I started running again recently and would love to try and run it, but I am conflicted. My next scheduled race is in May. Should I be polite and walk it with her... or tell her I would rather run it by myself?
Thoughts?

Hmmm, that is a tough one. Are you close to this girl? Is agreeing to walk with her a condition of getting the free entry?
I would personally just be honest and tell her that you would like to try and run the race. But if you feel too guilty then there is always the May race!
