AW for my little sister!
I am living vicariously through her since my pregnant self hasn't been doing much running as of late. She set a huge 5k PR this morning! Her last 5k PR was at the end of last summer and was right at 32 minutes. Today she ran a 5k in 26:43! I am beaming for her right now! I am more excited about this than I am about my own PRs. She started running last March and did her first 5k in 36 minutes. She's knocked 10 minutes off in a year! She also placed this morning for the first time.
She's asked me to coach her through her first marathon next year! I am super excited! I spend all my spare time researching training plans, races, etc for her. I actually think I enjoy this aspect more than running races myself.
