I have posted a few times... I am a former healthy person. Meaning in the last 7 years post marriage, kids, and a promotion I have become a slug. I have gained 40lb and that is a lot of weight. I sit 9-10 hours a day and work at my PC it is crazy. I go to the gym 1hour a day and I just dont see things happening for me. So I have taken what some may see as a drastic step. I have elavated my desk 13" to make it into a standing desk. I will no longer sit all day I will work at my desk standing in order to burn more calories not only that but also to do numerous things for my health. I hope others who see me will look into it. We are not meant to sit ALL DAY LONG!!! just wanted to share with you all ![]()
