As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Appliance protection plan?
Has anyone gotten the appliance protection plan their utility company offers? Our realtor made it sound like it was worth it, but part of me wonders if it's really not. What do you think?

I've never actually heard of this before, but the ladies on MM might be able to give advice on this. I'm leaning toward this being a way for the utilites to make an extra few bucks and therefore not worth your while...since many appliances come with manufacturers' warranties anyway.
Also, if you're buying a home with a home warranty, many times appliances are included in those, so this type of thing might be duplicating your coverage.
