What healthy food/food group do you have the toughest time eating?
I have a hard time eating fruit... especially during the wintertime. Don't get me wrong, I love strawberries and peaches from the farmer's market when they are in season, and I squeeze fresh lime juice on most anything. However, I am completely unmotivated to pick up a piece of fruit when it's cold and dreary outside.

Same here.
I like fruit, but for some reason it's just a lot easier for me to eat vegetables. I guess because it's so much easier to incorporate them into meals.
Fruit...well, I kind of have to go out of my way to eat fruit.

fruit is my favorite food!
I have a hard time with healthy oils. I don't like the mouth feel of oil, I don't like visible fat on meat, I don't like butter or anything thick/coating/slimy/rich.
I get plenty of fat through other sources, I just don't do well when I try to incorporate healthy oil products. or, really, any oil or fat that isn't inside something else.

Yes, fruit for me too. I can only seem to eat it combined with something else (eg. banana on cereal, fruit in yogurt, apple with peanut butter, fruit smoothie, blueberries in oatmeal). I never crave just biting into a piece of fruit.
I also don't eat much fish.
