Help w BMR please.

So when I figure out my BMR, the website tells me 2100, so I factor in my activity & subtract 500 from that and get around 1600. Then I started on my fitness pal and that one tells me I should eat 1350.  Which one do I follow? Also, I do cardio 3 or so times a week and I lift 3 times a week. S if I'm trying to lose weight I don't add those burned calories back on right? I'm not good w numbers and am very confused. My stats are I'm 5ft 1 in, 139 lbs. I want to lose 10 lbs, or at least a few inches all over. I'm 33. Can someone help me figure out what number to use? Thanks.

  • Your BMR is not 2100 - it is around 1400. It is closer to 2100 with activity factored in, so you do not eat those calories back - they are already included in your daily allotment.

    I would start with the 1600 and see how it goes.
