I think I just like getting stuff in the mail.
I'm on my shopping ban and I'm doing really good!! I haven't bought any F&B things (OK I DID buy the wedges from Piperlime but I was going to return a pair I already had if those worked out.... they didn't, so they are going back). Anyway - March 18th and I haven't bought anything F&B!! so I'm pretty proud of myself

But when I come home from work everyday the first thing I do is go check the front door to see if there are any packages! Hahaha.
Anyway, I just bought the best tea ever from Republic of Tea, so I'm finding ways to still receive mail without breaking my F&B ban

BTW Republic of Tea's ginger peach tea is the absolute most delicious tea ever! The best part is they sell it in brew bags for iced tea.... so good! If you are a tea drinker you will love it.

I'm still purchase-free for March too.
It's a pain for me to get packages delivered from online orders so that helps me from going crazy for online shopping. I have avoided the malls but I need to go to Nordstrom soon to exchange a bunch of MH's clothes (he has lost a lot if weight and he had lots of unopened packages of dress shirts and underpinnings). I will need to wear blinders.

I think our UPS, DHL, and Fed Ex guys all know our address by heart. Since moving to the middle of nowhere we tend to order almost everything online. 2 years ago, we found our pool chemicals 25% less than in stores shipped free. I think our UPS guy must hate April at our house since all the boxes look small and weigh well over 50lbs each. I just like gettting those online though since I'm always afraid something will leak in the car on the way home.
I love getting stuff in the mail too. I tend to get irrationally excited about packages. I can't do a ban yet though since I still need clothes that fit.
Lately I've been hating mail..it seems like all it's been is bills. Or if I get a package it's something for my horse.
I'm purchase free since Lent started.
I absolutely LOVE getting packages! I don't know what it is but seeing the UPS man gets me excited.
I was doing great on my freeze but I fell off the wagon this weekend, between Nordstrom's triple points and piperlimes 20% off I crashed. I will try to finish the month without buying and start April the same way.
My problem is sometimes I like the anticipation of the package delivery better than what's actually in the package. I like something to look forward to and opening the box makes me happy.
Sometimes I've ordered clothes and have been so excited to get them...then I could care less about them the next day. I tend to return a lot of things that I order online. It's the thrill of the online order, the anticipation of the package that I like more than the actual item.
