I am in serious need of vibes

Some might say that this is a trivial request that somehow cheapens the vibe request process. Those people clearly don't understand how important my wine is to me. We brought 15 bottles of wine home from NZ. Four aren't in skins. It doesn't appear that the bags are leaking but I could really use some intact bottle thoughts for an about and a half from now when I finally get home and open the cases.

  • Haha, safe wine vibes for you!  I feel for you

  • Sending some good ol' intact bottle vibes your way :)

  • I have been worrying about this all night.  Please keep us update.  Your wine bottles are in my thoughts and prayers.
  • Phew. I was worried my concern wouldn't be understood. You will all be most happy to hear that not a single bottle broke. It was a bit touch and go for a while but in the end I'm convinced it was the vibes that helped them arrive safe and sound.
  • Did you sniff the bag before opening? I often do that when I'm too afraid to open a suitcase. I had a tragic shampoo explosion in my younger days and never got over it.

I'm now incredibly curious as to how this system works. Also, what do you do if you determine something has burst? Throw the bag away without opening it?

No, it's just tantamount to not wanting to pull off the bandaid. And should the bag smell strongly of wine, or shampoo, or perfume, then I prepare myself for the worst. It's really only happened once in my life. Now I'm careful about packing toiletries and foodstuff.
