Number 2 would be my choice, but only if the shoulder strap was also detachable. I'm not a fan of the multiple strap look on crossbody bags.

I don't like any of them if I'm being honest.
I like #1, but the teeny handles throw it off. #2 is okay, but I'm not a fan of the color. I really like #3, but then there are the weird feet things.
ETA: This Hudson bag has been floating around Pinterest. It's way under your budget, but I like it.
I also like this one and this one, but I've never had a baby so I really can't comment on anything other than looks.
1 has a cross body strap that isn't shown for some reason and I would get 2 in blush, not the hot pink (hate that color).
I want a bag that can be used as a diaper bag but isn't an actual diaper bag, kwim?
