Anyone up for a weekly weight loss check-in?
I wouldn't mind the accountability... Are you interested in posting every Monday to update your progress? AW your successes, share your struggles?
I'm willing to get us started with a couple of questions
If you want to play, please share:
- your weight loss goal (however you want to share - no need to post numbers if you don't want)
- How long you've been doing it
- hardest thing about it for you
- best thing about it
- a goal for the week

Re: Anyone up for a weekly weight loss check-in?
my goal: 15 lbs off (the weight I gained recently while working on other stuff and not exercising or eating right)
how long: just getting started back on track
hardest thing: sticking within my calorie goal each day. it's so easy to eat more!
best thing: feeling like I'm making progress and doing something good
goal for the week: 5 workouts and sticking to my food plan
I am so up for accountability!
Goal - SW - 247, CW - 228 GW -160 (as of right now)
How long - Since January
Hardest Thing - Finding the time to exercise
Best Thing - Went from a 24 to a tight fitting 18
Weekly Goal - Lose what I gained this week. I gained .8 I would like to lose 2
How long you've been doing it: Going into week 4
hardest thing about it for you: Eating at culinary school
best thing about it: Getting back into running, feeling better about myself
a goal for the week: Drink at least 16 oz more water per day
My goal is 150 lbs (at that point, I will re-evaluate and maybe lose another 5-10 based on how I look and feel. I have no idea, since I've never been that low in my adult life!) I need to lose 26 more lbs to hit the 150 goal.
I started my journey in January 2011 and have lost 51 lbs
The hardest thing for me, as I found...is the holidays/winter months. I lost 44 lbs between January and September last year. Then I got stuck/gained up to 10 back up until January this year. I have now lost what I gained, plus some...but man, that was one rough winter. YUCK.
The best thing is how proud and excited you feel when you see your number going down or when you hit mini goals or significant numbers.
My goal this week is to lose 2 lbs :-)
I'm game
Me!!!
your weight loss goal - 37lbs, so far lost 16lbs, 21lbs to go, and hoping to make it by July. How long you've been doing it - started in Nov., but gained about 5 of what I lost back during the holidays.hardest thing about it for you - binging on the weekends!best thing about it - Looking good in a bikini and getting ready for my marathon.a goal for the week - Honestly, i had two huge weeks at weight watchers (2.4lbs each week) so if I lose anything this week, I'll be happy.
