We are headed to Disney towards the end of April and I'm not sure what is best to wear to the parks. I hate shorts and usually in the summer I live in sundresses and skirts, but I don't think that is the best option to wear to Disney and for riding. Any tips?
Re: What to wear to Disney?
Not to sound crass . . . but nobody gives a darn what you wear in a theme park. Be comfortable. Nobody is going to know how much you hate shorts . . . but I will tell you that you will probably be more comfortable in shorts than a a dress.
I would go with boyfriend shorts or capris over a sundress, but that's just me. You are gonna be walking a ton and it will be hot. (It was over 80 degrees yesterday and you are walking around on concrete with the sun shinning down) Wear comfy shoes that are supportive . . . you are gonna get tired!
I'm not trying to dress for anyone and don't care what others think of me, I'm just trying to find other options that I might not be thinking of. I hate shorts because they are very uncomfortable for me to sit in and they ride up when I am walking. I love the way the look and wish they were more comfortable for me to be in all day. I am more comfortable in dresses/skirts, but I'm not sure that is the best idea to go on rides with.
Thanks for the advice ladies, I might have to get some Bermuda shorts to try out.
