AW and race recap
I did not do any huge races this weekend like most of you, just a local 5K, but I PRd and felt fantastic! It was my one year race-iversary and I shaved over 5 minutes off my time from this race last year.

Awesome job blowing your goal out of the water--and a great time!
My race-i-versary is a this weekend with the 10k that really kicked my running off last year. I hope I can post such good results next Monday!
