so little motivation to get it done. I have zero motivation. And not just with work stuff. With wedding stuff too. I've spent the entire morning shopping for baby stuff and wedding invitations. I have no desire to do any work. I've been so overloaded the last few weeks that I figure I deserve a day to slack off.
What are you all up to today?

Re: So much work to do....
Procrastination... That's the name of the game (for me, at least). I have a few things I should work on for work, and I am having a tough time concentrating on them. Goodness knows why - it sounds like I have a whole lot less going on than you do (from this and your other posts). All I want to do is work on the sweater I am almost finished knitting for DH. Just a bit of seaming to do, and knitting the collar. (and finding buttons - it's actually a cardigan)
DH saw me working on it almost all weekend, and I think he might have come to the realization that doing this sweater properly is a lot more work than he really thought it would be when he asked for it. He actually apologized for "keeping me from my knitting" while I was working on doing the seams properly (they can be done quickly, yes, but after knitting the whole thing, I might as well take the time to do the finish work properly so that it doesn't detract from the knitting...). I think it might be a while before he asks for anything large again...
I have told myself I'm not allowed to start another large project until it is completed (short of having buttons - I have to wait on DH's schedule to find buttons he likes). So I _really_ want to finish it! I've got a spiffy circular shawl waiting in the wings for me to cast on as soon as I'm done the sweater...
Cleaning, cleaning and more cleaning. My "to do" list is a mile long. The babies turn ONE on Thursday and we have family coming into town this week for their party on Saturday.
Trying to decide between a big cake and two small smash cakes or cupcakes. Decisions, decisions.
Ummm...I think you are mistaken. There is no way those children are ONE on Thursday.
I say cupcakes and two big smash cupcakes.
I busted my butt all morning between my portion of the report and the never ending phone calls. I'm about to head to lunch right now and get my Harry Potter & the Deathly Hollows on.
The b*tchy grandma and company are in town so we get to spend our evening with them at T's dad's house. YAY. /sarcasm I'm totally prepared not to let any of those people hold the baby. She likes to play on the floor and that's what she'll get to do.
I vote for cucakes. Much easier than doing three bigger cakes and the mess they make is smaller than a smash cake.
