How long did it take you to fill this bad boy out? It seems so laborious ending a marriage that was so easily broken by one person's behavior. Ugh... The good news is we dont own any property other than a car (free and clear) and furniture. Well, some money but not really.
He is now saying that he wants to work things out, "if you'll have me" because he "believes we can work this out." Uh, no.
Re: Dissolution paperwork
Ugh did he cheat? That's almost exactly what my ex said after he slept with my former best friend.
Totally depends on what state you are in, here in WA it didn't take too long at all. There's a website that takes you through it step by step, it was pretty easy!
Oh, I already gave him one chance to reconcile, but he continued to make poor life choices so, here are the consequences (yes he did cheat).
The thing that seems overwhelming is listing every single piece of property and its value. Is that for real?!
