Re: OMG Kare!!!!!

  • Thanks, girl!! We're super excited. I actually get an early U/S done on Friday - excited for that, but nervous because it won't really look like anything at this point. I'm surprised they're even doing it that early again, but I won't turn it down, that's for sure!

  • why are they doing an early u/s. is everything ok? or just cautionary?

  • I had to go back right away since I had the miscarriage last time. I've gotten my levels taken twice and they looked "great", as did my cervix from what they're telling me. The next step is an u/s to make sure everything is implanted correctly from what I understand, one more bloodwork and then I'm fine to go on the normal appointment schedule whatever that may be.

Last time I had a u/s right around this time though and it was fine - it was at the 2nd one that they noticed it was a problem so I'll still be stressed after this one. At least I'm not spotting like I was last time. I had a few hours of minor, minor brown spotting this time, but nothing like last time. Last time I was pretty constant spotting pretty much from the time I found out until the time I had the D&C.
