I recently went to the doctor and he did tests and the results were that I had moderate to severe acid reflux. Does anybody have acid reflux too. What diet do you follow?? Anything that has helped you? Have you seen that by changing your diet it has helped with the acid reflux?

Defiantly you should be following close to a vegetarian diet. Animal proteins and fats induce reflux.
Someone mentioned a food diary above to pinpoint trigger foods, I would say that is where you should start, along with limiting dairy/meat.
Fats give you reflux because they don't stay in your stomach as long as, say, fiber. So you have the same amount of acid for fats as for fiber, but the acid has nothing to do but bother you.
My best advice is identifying trigger foods. Believe it or not, veggies, especially carrots, are a trigger food for me. Seems weird, right? But I know someone else has posted the same thing.
Eating better helps,mand exercising helps. Having a good core helps with digestion. If you're feeling particularly bad, go for a walk. Not brisk, but not a stroll. It helps with digestion.
I personally cannot go off meds. I've tried to, but I just get so miserable. I've tried so many things like different diets, but nothing was ever enough.
