Who ARE these people?
I have a coworker who is stupid as sh|t. She's a sweetheart... but dumb as dirt (we actually refer to her as D.A.D. when we talk about her).
She forwards every single "compliment" (note the quotations) she receives from clients to Coworker BFF/Manager. I'm not even kidding you when most of the time, it's like "Thanks for your help!". She actually takes the time and energy to forward that sh|t to Manager. This is a situation where it's a good thing that I'M not manager, because I know my response would be "Wow! Good job... doing the basics of the job you get paid to do".
How does she not feel ridiculous when she forwards this sh|t to her manager?!

I have a co-worker like this and the managers love him. My manager actually told me that I need to toot my own horn more often like he does.
yeah, no.
Manager does NOT love this. It basically clogs up her inbox and she's getting really annoyed.
It'd be great IF this girl was good at her job. But she's HORRENDOUS. And if she takes another premium client after I told her she's not ready (she barely knows how to open our application after 7 months)... I'm going to punch her. Yeah, our clients that pay extra are going to LOOOOVE to wait 3 months while you learn how to use functions!

The guy I work with is NOT good at his job either. He's there all day and night and claims he never has time to do complete his work. He has less to do than I do and I get mine done in 40ish hours per week (and therefore get more work). He's at work at least 80 and can't get his done and our manager keeps taking more and more work away from him and gives it to me because he can't get his done. He also likes to make sure our boss gets e-mails from him at like 2:00 a.m. and brags about how many hours he works.
He's an idiot.
I hate people, Morty. I have people here like that and they REALLY think they're impressing everyone. And everyone can see RIGHT through them. There is a chick who does NOTHING all day long... but then magically has to stay late. Yeah... right.

I hate people too. Everyone can see through these people except the managers. I don't get it. We had a girl on our team that was on the internet all day and never did her work. At the end of the week everyone else on the team was scrambling to get her stuff done per our bosses direction. We hated her with a passion. She called in sick every week too. Thank god she moved far away.
