"The meek shall inherit the earth" isn't about children. It's about deer. We're all going to get messed the fuckup by a bunch of cloned super-deer.- samfish2bcrab
Sometimes I wonder if scientists have never seen a sci-fi movie before. "Oh yes, let's create a super species of deer. NOTHING COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG." I wonder if State Farm offers a Zombie Deer Attack policy. -CaliopeSpidrman
Thanks! M's thrilled to have J as his brother. He's the best big brother, really looks after J, and loves to play with him. He's also regressing in his behavior towards us, and is showing all sorts of signs of jealousy. He doesn't understand why he is held to a different/higher standard than J.
J is over the moon. So are we. :-)
2013 Calendars and More!
I missed it too Captain, Congratulations! I am so happy for your family. I think it is totally normal M is showing signs of jealousy. It would be normal for any child and considering the circumstances, probably that much harder for him to process everything. It is great that he is such a caring big brother.
I know once you are all home and settled everything will fall in to place. What you are doing for your children is so wonderful and I am excited to think of the life they will now have because of you and your husband.
I know! For all of their giving their daughter the best, couldn't they have given her an English tutor? Maybe they were too busy focusing on typing speed to worry about accuracy, though.
Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
Captain are you guys all home yet? I hope so.
M's jealousy sounds totally normal. You guys have been great about helping him work through things like this, so I'm sure he'll adjust quickly. I'm so happy to hear that J is doing so well.
Baby Boxer is coming! 5.23.12

The mom, the daughter, AND the father-in-law?!
I am really hoping for the pansy son-in-law to show up.
If it didn't start out as a joke, it definitely ended as one. The FIL was a bit much.
