Re: What's for dinner
I haven't been grocery shopping in two weeks, so we have no decent food in our house. I have no idea when I'll rectify this.
Tonight we're going out to dinner with Mr. Spiderman's mom. She's leaving tomorrow to perform her father's funeral and then I'm not sure what her plan is. She was supposed to be going to Africa, but that plan got thrown out the window.
Thursday I'm going to see the Hunger Games, so I'll probably just grab food while I'm out.
Fridays we order pizza.
So that leaves me only worrying about tomorrow, and we'll most likely just get something from a drive thru. Vive la healthy eating!

Tonight: WW pork cacciatore
Wed: PreventionRD buffalo chicken enchiladas
Thurs: Skinnytaste Thai fried rice
I have no idea what I'm making tonight. I need to get groceries so bad, but I won't be getting home until 6:30, and have to leave not long after for volleyball. Dang.
I did try the roasted broccoli that ML were talking about the other day, and it is SO easy and fast and delicious. I'm definitely putting it into the rotation. I've had lots of good ideas for sides lately, but I have no good ideas for meat dishes.
Tonight I want to try a couscous and roasted avocado salad.
Wednesday I am supposed to go out for Thai
Thursday stuffed bell peppers
Friday will either be leftover bell peppers or if I am at The Hunger Games I will eat at the movie.
Saturday we are going skiing so I will be foraging at restaurants.
Sunday is the same.

Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
Monday: fajitas (basically grilled chicken with onions and peppers in a tortilla, sour cream and cheese optional)
Tuesday: fajitas/tortillas
Wednesday: fajita stuff over rice
Thursday: barbecued pulled pork with couscous and reheated frozen veggies
Friday: same as Thursday
We'll probably eat more pulled pork either Saturday or Sunday, and then we'll try a new restaurant in town the other day.
It gets boring around here during the week.
