Can I join too?!

Hi Ladies, I thought I would go looking for some more boards to participate in and came across this one. I had no idea wedding month boards even existed. But I guess it makes sense that the nest would have month boards just like the bump, but it never occurred to me.

My name is Kelly and MH and I were married on 9/26/09. We have a 9 month old boy, and very likely got pregnant on our 1 year anniversary. We will be moving to Colorado in June. I have been active on my sons birth months board on the bump, but have not found any other boards there that I have been interested in actively participating in.

  • Oh my gosh, the hat and the sunglasses kill me! So cute!

    And welcome! :o)

  • Hi.

The only thing I'm going to ask is please refrain from using "MH" - DH if you must, but we have bad experiences with a former Niner who used MH and honestly, it aggravates me just to see it.

You'll notice most of us here will use our husbands' names if we're talking about them, or an initial to the his first name, or just say "my husband".... so really, no need for TK abbreviations, please.

    Thanks, and welcome aboard!

  • Hi, "Pre."  I think I remember seeing your screen name on the June Bump board.  I posted on there a lot in my first trimester, but then I couldn't handle all the repetitive questions and redundant topics after a while.  And keeping up with "What's the best ....?" posts for baby items just stressed me the hell out.  So you probably don't remember me.  :)

Your little guy is a cutie!  I have a 9 month old son too, obviously. *points down*

No problem. I use it because DH bugs me for some reason. I will try to break the habit. But forgive me if it takes a bit!

Lol, I think I just got good at zipping past the repetitive posts. Towards the end of our pregnancies it got a lot better. Your little man is adorable!

Just H is fine too.  That's what I usually opt for.  But yeah... anything but MH.  I get PTSD style flashbacks with that shiit.
