Expensive blow dryers - worth it?

I blow my hair out 2-3 times a week. It's no easy task. I just have a Conair which was about $35. It see,s to work fine. Am I missing out? Are the Cadillacs of blow dryers (like T3? Is that one?) worth it?

If so, what is the benefit? If you say faster drying and less frizz I'll gladly pop down the cash. I have curly/wavy hair that tends to frizz so I blow it out just to curl it. Sigh

I had several Conairs before switching over to a Supersolano. I can only speak for the Supersolano, but yes, it is worth it.

It dries my hair much more quickly, gives it more volume, and makes it less frizzy. Also, my first Supersolano lasted 5 years of daily use, which is much more than I can say for my Conairs, so it may not be that much more expensive in the long run.

In fact, I'm staying at a hotel right now and am using the Conair here, and am very sad that I didn't have room for my Supersolano.

I've tried my sister's T3 and don't like it for my (fine) hair -- it makes it too flat.

I have a T3, been using it for about 3 years and love it. Definitely worth the money. I have shoulder length fine hair but lots of it. T3 dries my hair super fast, with lots of shine and volume.

I then bought a cheap one and then another......you get the picture. I no long style hair but I use the supersolano for my hair and daughter's hair. LOVE IT>

Yes, they are definitely worth it. I've been using my Sedu for 2+ years and LOVE it. I started with a CHI and that shorted out within a year(along with my straightener) and then I bought the pink T3 and hated it. Make sure you check it out before you buy it, some of them can be very heavy.

Looks like you'll be plopping down some cash. They definitely cut down on drying time and frizz. Look out for sales on folica.com, they have them often. I just upgraded from a Conair to a T3 veloce a few weeks ago. What a difference! It really does dry my thick, wavy hair faster, and it is SO much lighter. I'm so glad I finally took the plunge and splurged on it.
