I'm pretty indifferent to these shows. I don't like them but I don't hate them.
Hate: Futurama, Community,
Ambivalent: South Park, Chuck
Like: Dexter
(we watch several more together, but I consider them "our" shows)
Like: The Office, sometimes How I Met Your Mother
Hate: The Walking Dead and anything else zombie related
My DH watches a few cable shows, like Walking Dead and others on AMC/FX.
If I'm watching it, he likes Law and Order type shows (reruns) and NYPD Blue, etc.
But mostly he watches documentaries about all sorts of things that in general matter to me, but the movies bore me to death.
He's more of a movie watcher vs. tv anyway, no matter what the movie is.
I forgot about this one. I hate his Zombie stuff too!
Of the shows that are on right now, he regularly watches Southland, Eastbound and Down, Life's Too Short, 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, The Office (even though neither one of us really likes it), South Park, The Daily Show, Real Time, and Conan. I will watch all of those (not really new South Park...I think I got too old for that show) but I don't always watch all of them.
He's also a big documentary watcher. Some are good but many of them are just awful!
Like: House, HIMYM
Hate: Random late night cartoon network shows
Like: Big Bang Theory, True Blood, Glee
Not Interested In: The Walking Dead
He watches very little TV. The DVR is pretty much all me.
He doesn't watch much tv, so the ones we both like are ones I introduced him to. Even then, when he does watch tv, it's a marathon event of the same show.
Likes: BBT, HIMYM, Top Shot
He's also really into Supernatural, and I like it, but I can't watch too many or I have bad dreams because I'm a wimp. We watched like 5 episodes back to back last Saturday and he said I woke him up with my whimpering in my sleep that night.
Dislikes: He loves American Ninja Warrior and all the offbeat reality shows like Swamp People and Storage Wars. I can do an episode here and there, but not 7 in a row like him.

Like: Eastbound and Down, Top Shots (the shooting competition), The Walking Dead (he got me to watch and I am in LOVE), Impractical Jokes or Jokers..something on TRUtv
Dislike: Anything about history/hunting/fishing, I get so bored if there isn't singing, zombies, vampires, or hoarders
H doesn't really watch that much tv- he plays the xbox or work in his studio most of the time. When he does- I like: Southland, Fairly Legal, Football, L&O, NCIS, Bones, Family Guy, The Boondocks
I dislike: House, Eastbound and Down, the NBA
Ambivalent- Robot Chicken and some of the other Adult Swim Shows.
He watches mostly sports and documentaries or travel shows.
He does watch 'Storage Wars' which I can watch with him if I'm in the mood. And the 'Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction' show is painful.
Like: Top Chef, Awake (for now)
Dislike: NCIS, pretty much any show on USA
Like- How I met your mother & Big Bang
Hate- Top Gear, Ink Masters
His current faves are Big Bang, Alcatraz and Hawaii 5-0. Those are about the only shows he watches, and I enjoy them all. He does love watching the Military Channel too. Depending on the show, I'll watch it with him.
His fave show of all time is M*A*S*H though.
Like: Law and Order SVU, South Park, and Big Bang Theory
Hate: Top Gear and a lot of stand-up comedy he watches.

Yes, this is one I was talking about in the op. I hate it.
DH pretty much only watches sports or news with regularity. He likes History Channel stuff like Swamp People, Only in America, American Pickers and Pawn Stars if he catches them. Although some of those might be discovery channel, who knows.
He doesn't search out any shows to watch on purpose other then sports. Everytime we try to watch a show together it doesn't work out.
