I posted here a few times last year when I was on my mountain bike a lot and losing weight and getting fit. I can't believe how much has happened in a year. I've got a 3 month old girl now and today I'm back baby! Today I firmly resolve to stop the mantra "I'm eating for 2" (even though I still am, EBF here), and start building back the muscle I lost with the pregnancy and the c-section. I did 30DS W1D1 today and now I am going to the store to get some protein and veggies and the veggies will NOT be thrown into a crockpot with canned soup. They will be eaten fresh the old fashioned way so I can get a taste of my former healthy self back.
And now that I've written it on the interweb, it must be true ![]()
