How to get shorts like these?
I have the hardest time finding shorts that fit! I want them to be loose in the leg, but when I fit ones that fit my hips/waist, they're too tight for me in the leg, but if they fit the leg, they're too loose in the waist. This is the look I'm going for:

Are there any brands that fit like that? It seems like every pair of shorts I find are tight all around. I was thinking of either A) buying shorts that fit in the thigh like that and having the waist altered or 
making my own from a pair of jeans?
